At Gemeria Hair company, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of all our hair products. We know that we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. All hair is carefully inspected by hand, then shampooed and conditioned before leaving our factory. Due to the nature of raw temple hair , and because each individual hair piece comes from a completely separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture exact match , But we will match it as close as possible .

Payment terms –

All terms of payment are always 100% percent advance. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card or PayPal account will be charged.
We absolutely have no tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Authorization-

If your billing address is different than your shipping address it will be mandatory for you to fill out a credit card authorization form and send required documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary one of our representatives will contact you promptly after your order has been placed. This may delay the shipping of your order.

PRODUCT POLICY

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” and or out of stock and you will not be able to purchase that product.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are all subject to change without official notice.

REFUND POLICY –

The receiving time of your refund is depend upon the processing time of your bank.

The refunds are initiated once the goods are received and verified unused.

If the items are used those products will be shipped back to you on our own expense.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept you to return or exchange the item you ordered within 14 calender days after you receive the package

If you want to return or exchange the item please feel free to contact our service representative to get the return address Information and other shipping details.

After 14 calendar days of initial delivery of the items you receive. You must contact us for return and exchange instructions. If the items have not been returned within those 14 calendar days due to the nature of our products, All sales are final. In the case of wholesale orders (orders of 12 pieces or more) that are purchased on the website or thru Paypal Invoices, items must be returned within 7 calendar days after delivery/out for delivery date, otherwise all wholesale order sales are final. We will not accept fraudulent returns that can be verified by our team that they are not our Hair Products, but the hair product of another hair company. If tags are remove from the hair, it is considered used, and all sales are final on used hair.

Return shipping is paid by buyer only we will paying the shipping for Exchange order that will be sent to you from our side.

LOST SHIPMENT POLICY

If you are tracking your package on-line and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call or email us immediately. We will contact DHL/FEDEX to begin a trace on your package which will initiate them in starting a investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-30 business days. If it is determined by DHL/FEDEX that your shipment has been lost in their possession a replacement will be shipped out to you pending USPS’s investigation.

NOTE- Gemeria hair company will not resend or refund a shipment that shows DELIVERED on DHL/FEDEX tracking.
